Recently Sanoma Media Finland also acquired regional news businesses including new sites to their product portfolio. Sanoma looked forward to renewing, modernizing, and scaling the dashboarding tools across the regional and local newsrooms. 

Sanoma wanted to simplify and unify the dashboards across regions while acknowledging the variation in what data is available and how it is used between the regions.

AI Roots Power BI Developer Juho analyzed Sanoma’s Power BI dashboard requirements across the newsrooms and regions and designed new dashboards to meet regional requirements. He collaborated closely with Sanoma data engineers to optimize data pipelines and processing and to ensure data quality.

He also added value by increasing the end users' understanding of the data and helping to identify what information is relevant for them and how to visualize it in the best possible way, using modern data tools.
