Bravedo initiated a financial system renewal project, which revealed the need for migration of financial data warehousing and reporting to a new data architecture. Bravedo already had a well functioning data model and financial reports in place, and therefore the primary objective of the project was to ensure seamless migration of critical business reporting and data integrations during the transition to the new financial system.
The project involved implementing a technical plan while concurrently strengthening collaboration among various stakeholders, which proved to be the most labor-intensive aspect. The phased adoption of the financial system progressed incrementally across Bravedo subsidiaries, requiring rapid scaling of data pipelines and the data models to meet the needs of the new companies. Currently, the focus is minor developments involving the integration of new data into the platform, resolution of data-related issues, and the development of new reporting capabilities. The key success factors for the project was the entrepreneurial approach to introducing new ideas and proactive self-driven development. Bravedo was pleased to entrust the project's advancement into the capable hands of AI Roots' entrepreneurial network.
AI Roots and Lilli have played a crucial role in helping Bravedo succeed in the challenging adoption of the financial system and the construction of a scalable data platform. The planning of the data platform happened simultaneously with the implementation of the new financial system, making it challenging to define the structure and data model of the repository, as well as scheduling the development of data capabilities. Lilli adapted to the changing and complex environment extremely well, emphasizing their initiative in promoting collaboration among different stakeholders. Lilli's extensive technical expertise enabled the efficient execution of the project with a relatively small team considering its scope.
