Our client is seeking a specialist in retail payments with experience in both online and brick-and-mortar transactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the retail payments ecosystem, including Interest Rate Parity (IRP), as well as the ability to grasp the bigger picture.
The project is purely about managing the overall payment procurement process. Additional partners can be brought in to bring more expertise. The entire value chain, all the way to accounting, is included. It's still uncertain whether the entire payment process will be renewed, but at least it will be reviewed and, if necessary, revamped, including the payment processes in the Baltic region.

- Focus Areas: Finland, Sweden, Norway, and the Baltic region
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Finnish is a plus
Role of the Consultant:
- Act as a coach and leader throughout the project
- Provide expertise in IRP and ensure robust payment processes and security measures
- Option for extension as a project manager for change implementation
- Remote work is acceptable, but occasional visits to Helsinki would be a plus
