We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Data Scientist to join a development team building a smart assistant tool for field technicians. This tool leverages technical documentation, maintenance history, and IoT data to perform root cause analysis and deliver actionable repair recommendations.
In this role, you will:
- Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and analytical logic behind the assistant tool
- Work hands-on with data pipelines, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Develop and maintain backend components using Python
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of experts including data engineers, domain specialists, and software developers
We’re looking for someone with:
- A relevant degree (e.g. in computer science, machine learning, statistics, or related field)
- Solid hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning or predictive analytics solutions
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with real-world data challenges
- Good understanding of BI tools and reporting — being able to bridge data science and business insights
- Proficiency in Python; experience with Databricks is a big plus
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and modern DevOps environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach and eagerness to grow and take ownership
