Experience we are looking for:

- IDM & IGA experience
- Strong technical project lead / management experience, especially in IDM space
- Experience in vendor changes
- Team player, takes initiative but can also take directions
- Professional English is a must
- Problem-solving skills
- Can handle pressure and changing situations
- Understands complex environments
- Java & Powershell understanding are a plus
- Industrial experience is a plus
