This project offers you the opportunity to work in a unique environment, supporting the project leader with operational tasks, especially with account management.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and coach the work of three teams (integration team, application development team, and user interface team)
- Work closely with stakeholders and participate in many key meetings
- Account management
Requirements:
- Experience in global system delivery projects, ideally in power plant projects
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
- Top of the line communication skills and proven track record from successful account management
- Ability to work in an international, English-speaking environment (working language: English)
- A solid understanding and proven track record of project management and experience in promoting self-management in teams
- Some occasional travelling in Europe is needed, otherwise Helsinki/remote
